We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Exercise Physiologist Assistant to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in exercise physiology and a passion for promoting health and wellness in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Exercise Physiologist in conducting fitness assessments and developing exercise programs for employees in a manufacturing setting
- Provide guidance and support to employees on proper exercise techniques and safety protocols
- Monitor and track employee progress towards fitness goals and make adjustments to exercise programs as needed
- Collaborate with other health and wellness professionals to create a comprehensive wellness program for employees
- Conduct group exercise classes and individual training sessions as needed
- Assist in organizing health and wellness events and initiatives for employees
- Maintain accurate records of employee health and fitness assessments

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology or related field
- Certified Exercise Physiologist (CEP) certification preferred
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience working in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of exercise physiology principles and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve their fitness goals
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and fitness tracking software
