We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Field Coordinator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The Field Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing all field operations related to our education programs in the region. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work well under pressure, and a passion for making a positive impact on the lives of students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all field activities related to education programs in Abu Dhabi
- Work closely with school administrators, teachers, and students to ensure smooth implementation of program activities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the education sector
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of program activities and make recommendations for improvement
- Manage logistics for field events, including transportation, accommodation, and materials
- Provide regular reports to senior management on program progress and outcomes
- Support the recruitment and training of field staff as needed
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
