Job Description:
As a Film Production Assistant, you will work closely with our Creative Director and Production Team to help bring our agricultural projects to life through video content. You will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of production, from pre-production planning to post-production editing. This role requires a creative and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about storytelling and has a keen interest in agriculture.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the planning and organization of film shoots, including scheduling, location scouting, and equipment setup
- Operate camera equipment, lighting, and sound gear during filming
- Assist with setting up and breaking down sets, props, and equipment
- Collaborate with the Creative Director and Production Team to develop creative concepts and storyboards
- Edit and assemble raw footage into a polished final product using editing software
- Manage and organize digital assets, including video files and project files
- Assist with coordinating talent, crew, and other resources for productions
- Ensure all production activities adhere to safety guidelines and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Communication, or related field
- [3-5] years of experience in film production or related field
- Proficiency in camera operation, lighting setups, and sound recording
- Strong knowledge of video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Passion for storytelling and visual communication
- Knowledge of agricultural practices and technologies is a plus
