We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Finance Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The Finance Assistant will be responsible for assisting the Finance Manager in daily financial tasks, preparing financial reports, and maintaining financial records for our manufacturing company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Process and record financial transactions in our accounting system
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts payable/receivable
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
- Prepare and submit VAT returns in compliance with UAE tax regulations
- Assist in the preparation of financial audits
- Monitor and track expenses and prepare expense reports
- Assist in payroll processing and employee reimbursements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- At least 2-5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Knowledge of UAE tax regulations and VAT laws
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
