Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Fire Marshal to join our team in Dubai. The Fire Marshal will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our retail establishment by implementing and enforcing fire safety protocols and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fire safety management and emergency response procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of the retail premises to identify and address potential fire hazards
- Develop and implement fire safety plans and protocols in compliance with local regulations
- Provide fire safety training to retail staff and ensure they are aware of proper evacuation procedures
- Maintain and test fire detection and suppression equipment on a regular basis
- Investigate and report on any fire incidents or safety violations
- Coordinate with local authorities and emergency services in the event of a fire or other emergency situation
- Stay up-to-date on the latest fire safety regulations and best practices

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Fire Marshal or similar role in a retail setting
- Knowledge of fire safety regulations and best practices
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in emergency situations
- Fire safety certification or training is a plus
