We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Funeral Service Manager to oversee funeral services in the Aerospace and Defense industry in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in funeral services and management, as well as a deep understanding of the unique needs and sensitivities of military and defense personnel.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of funeral services for military and defense personnel, including organizing transportation, coordinating with military personnel, and ensuring all necessary arrangements are in place.
- Work closely with families of deceased individuals to plan and organize funeral services that meet their needs and preferences.
- Manage a team of funeral service staff, including funeral directors, embalmers, and administrative support staff, to ensure that all services are provided with professionalism and care.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines related to funeral services in the Aerospace and Defense industry.
- Handle administrative tasks, such as budgeting, scheduling, and record-keeping, to ensure the smooth operation of the funeral service department.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in funeral service management or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in funeral service management, with a strong understanding of the unique needs of military and defense personnel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with families, military personnel, and staff.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Compassionate and empathetic nature, with a deep understanding of the grieving process and the ability to provide support and comfort to families in their time of need.
