We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail business in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a proven track record of effectively managing a team and driving operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency and achieve business objectives
- Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including inventory management, supply chain, logistics, and customer service
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Manage a team of department managers and ensure that all staff are properly trained and motivated to deliver exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop and execute strategies to drive revenue and increase profitability
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback and guidance to team members to drive continuous improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in retail management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of successfully managing operations and driving business growth
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
