We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Health and Wellness Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Health and Wellness Manager in the pharmaceutical industry, you will be responsible for developing and implementing health and wellness programs for our employees, as well as providing guidance and support on health-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement health and wellness programs to promote employee well-being and reduce health risks.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on health-related issues, including nutrition, exercise, stress management, and mental health.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of health and wellness programs.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in health and wellness management.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Health Promotion, Public Health, or related field.
