We are seeking an experienced Health and Wellness Manager to join our team in Dubai, working within the Financial Services sector. The Health and Wellness Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing wellness programs and initiatives to promote the physical and mental well-being of our employees.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive health and wellness programs for employees, including fitness challenges, mental health initiatives, nutrition education, and stress management workshops
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create a culture of health and wellness within the organization
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners to provide wellness services and resources to employees
- Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of wellness programs and make recommendations for improvement
- Provide one-on-one coaching and support to employees seeking guidance on health and wellness goals
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in employee health and wellness programs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Health Promotion, Public Health, or related field

- Strong knowledge of health and wellness principles, including nutrition, fitness, and mental health
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
