We are seeking a skilled and experienced Health Services Manager to join our team in Sharjah. The Health Services Manager will be responsible for overseeing all health-related services within our retail establishment, ensuring the well-being of both customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards within the retail space
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to offer on-site medical services for both customers and employees
- Conduct regular health and safety inspections to identify and address any potential hazards
- Manage the inventory and distribution of first aid supplies and medications
- Provide training and guidance to staff on health and safety protocols
- Investigate and report any health-related incidents or accidents that occur on the premises
- Collaborate with upper management to develop strategies for improving overall health and wellness initiatives
- Stay informed about current health trends and best practices in the industry

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Health Services Management or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of UAE health and safety regulations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is preferred
