We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Hospitality Assistant to join our team in the heart of Dubai's agricultural industry. As a Hospitality Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to visitors and guests, ensuring their overall experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival
- Providing information about the agricultural products and services offered
- Assisting with event planning and execution, including coordinating catering and accommodations
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of hospitality areas
- Handling guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assisting with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and managing reservations
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Supporting marketing and promotional activities to attract new visitors

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Knowledge of the agricultural industry is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
