We are seeking a diligent and experienced Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housekeeping and a passion for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of hotel rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff, ensuring that rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards
- Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness and maintenance standards
- Train new housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and submit orders as needed
- Handle guest requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and front desk, to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to housekeeping staff

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in housekeeping, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and customer service standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of hotel operations and logistics
