We are seeking a qualified and experienced Immigration Officer to join our manufacturing company in Dubai. The Immigration Officer will be responsible for managing all aspects of immigration processes and procedures for our employees, ensuring compliance with UAE immigration laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Process and manage all visa and work permit applications for expatriate employees, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation
- Coordinate with government authorities and immigration agencies to obtain necessary permits and approvals
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE immigration laws and regulations, and ensure company compliance
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers for visa processing and related services
- Prepare and maintain records and documentation related to immigration matters
- Provide guidance and support to employees on immigration-related queries and issues
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations
- Assist in the development and implementation of immigration policies and procedures
- Stay informed about changes in immigration laws and regulations, and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

- Strong knowledge of UAE immigration laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
