We are seeking a skilled and experienced Import/Export Analyst to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in import/export operations within the pharmaceutical industry and possess excellent analytical and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement import/export strategies to ensure compliance with regulations and optimize efficiency
- Coordinate shipments and manage all aspects of import/export documentation
- Monitor and analyze market trends, tariffs, and trade agreements to identify opportunities and risks
- Work closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Conduct cost analysis and negotiate contracts with vendors to achieve cost savings
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, customs duties, and other relevant information
- Provide guidance and support to internal teams on import/export procedures and regulations
- Stay current on changes in import/export laws and regulations and ensure compliance at all times

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- [Random number] years of experience in import/export operations, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong knowledge of import/export regulations and customs procedures in the UAE
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and import/export software
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
