We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Information Systems Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information technology and be eager to support the organization's information systems needs.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the maintenance and support of the organization's information systems, including software and hardware
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to information systems
- Install and configure software and hardware as needed
- Provide technical support to end users and assist with training as necessary
- Monitor system performance and ensure data security and integrity
- Assist in the development and implementation of information systems projects
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of information systems processes and procedures

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
