We are seeking an experienced Interior Design Coordinator to join our construction team in Dubai. The Interior Design Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all interior design aspects of our construction projects, ensuring that they meet client requirements and are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and project managers to understand project requirements and design preferences.
- Develop interior design concepts and proposals that meet client expectations and adhere to project timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that interior design plans are implemented correctly and efficiently.
- Source and select materials, finishes, furniture, and decor items that align with the project's design concept and budget.
- Create detailed drawings, renderings, and presentations to communicate design ideas to clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure that interior design tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, address design issues, and ensure quality control.
- Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in interior design to continuously improve project outcomes.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum [random number] years of experience in interior design, preferably in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other design software.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- UAE experience and knowledge of local suppliers and vendors is a plus.
