We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Specialist Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The Inventory Specialist Assistant will assist the Inventory Specialist in managing and maintaining accurate inventory records for educational materials and supplies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the receiving, storing, and issuing of educational materials and supplies
- Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management software
- Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy
- Assist in identifying and resolving inventory discrepancies
- Coordinate with vendors to place orders for educational materials and supplies
- Assist in organizing and maintaining the inventory storage area
- Assist in preparing reports on inventory levels, usage, and trends

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in inventory management or related field
- Proficiency in inventory management software
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
