Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Investment Banker Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi, specializing in the Transportation and Logistics sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in finance and investments, as well as a solid understanding of the transportation and logistics industry.

Responsibilities:
- Assist Investment Bankers in conducting financial analysis and due diligence on potential investment opportunities within the transportation and logistics sector.
- Prepare financial models, presentations, and investment memos for client meetings and internal discussions.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the transportation and logistics industry.
- Assist in the execution of investment transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, and other strategic transactions.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient deal execution.
- Support the Investment Bankers in maintaining relationships with clients and investors in the transportation and logistics industry.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- At least 2-5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance within the transportation and logistics industry.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Knowledge of the transportation and logistics industry, including key players, market dynamics, and regulatory environment.
