Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Investment Banker Assistant to join our dynamic team specializing in the healthcare sector in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the investment banking team in various tasks, including financial analysis, market research, and client relationship management. Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Analysis: Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial models, valuations, and presentations for healthcare clients. This includes analyzing financial statements, conducting ratio analysis, and preparing cash flow projections.

- Research: Conduct in-depth market research and industry analysis within the healthcare sector. Gather and synthesize data on market trends, competitors, and regulatory changes to support investment strategies.

- Client Support: Collaborate with senior investment bankers to prepare client presentations, pitch books, and other marketing materials. Ensure that all client communications are clear, accurate, and tailored to the specific needs of healthcare clients.

- Transaction Support: Assist in the execution of mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital raising, and other financial transactions. This includes preparing due diligence documents, coordinating with legal and compliance teams, and managing timelines.

- Database Management: Maintain and update financial databases and client records. Ensure all information is accurate and readily accessible for the team.

- Administrative Tasks: Provide administrative support to senior bankers, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing correspondence.

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including legal, compliance, and research departments, to ensure seamless transaction execution and client service.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in investment banking, financial services, or a related field, preferably with a focus on healthcare.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and financial modeling software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- A proactive and team-oriented mindset, with a strong commitment to client service.
