We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Laboratory Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our transportation and logistics laboratory in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing laboratory operations, logistics, and transportation processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise laboratory staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for laboratory tests and processes
- Oversee quality control and assurance processes to maintain accuracy and reliability of test results
- Coordinate with transportation and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate testing and analysis of samples
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and environmental regulations
- Analyze data and prepare reports for management review

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Chemistry, Logistics, Transportation)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in laboratory operations, transportation, or logistics
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and best practices
