Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Land Surveyor to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi, specializing in the energy sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting land surveys, preparing survey reports, and collaborating with project managers and engineers to ensure the accurate measurement and mapping of land for energy-related projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of surveying principles and practices, possess strong analytical skills, and demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct land surveys using advanced surveying equipment and software to measure and map land areas for energy projects.
- Prepare and maintain accurate survey documentation, including maps, reports, and legal descriptions of land.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to provide survey-related information and support project planning and execution.
- Analyze survey data and generate detailed reports that include findings, measurements, and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, standards, and safety protocols during surveying activities.
- Utilize CAD software and other relevant technology to create and modify survey drawings and plans.
- Participate in field surveys, including boundary surveys, topographic surveys, and construction staking, while ensuring precision and accuracy.
- Stay updated on the latest surveying techniques, tools, and industry trends to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior survey staff as needed.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in land surveying, preferably within the energy sector.
- Proficient in using surveying instruments and technology, including GPS, total stations, and CAD software.
- Strong understanding of surveying principles, land regulations, and construction practices.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently manage multiple projects.
- Valid UAE driver’s license is preferred.
