Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Landscaping Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai, specializing in the integration of landscaping solutions with cutting-edge Information Technology. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscaping management paired with a keen interest in leveraging technology to enhance landscaping projects and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management:
- Oversee and manage landscaping projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and IT specialists to integrate technology solutions into landscaping designs, such as smart irrigation systems, landscape monitoring, and aesthetic enhancements.

2. Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of landscape technicians, designers, and horticulturists, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Conduct training sessions on the latest landscaping techniques and technology applications to ensure continuous team development.

3. Technology Integration:
- Assess and implement landscape management software and tools to streamline project planning, execution, and maintenance.
- Utilize data analytics and IoT (Internet of Things) solutions to monitor landscape health, optimize resource usage, and improve overall sustainability.

4. Client Relations:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their landscaping needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct regular site visits and client meetings to discuss project progress, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.

5. Budgeting and Resource Management:
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and timely procurement of materials and equipment.
- Monitor and control expenditures to maximize profitability while maintaining high-quality standards.

6. Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure all landscaping projects comply with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to incorporate into project planning and execution.

7. Sustainability Initiatives:
- Promote and implement sustainable landscaping practices that enhance environmental conservation efforts.
- Advocate for the use of native plants, water-efficient designs, and eco-friendly materials in landscaping projects.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in landscaping management, with at least 2 years in a technology-focused role.
- Strong understanding of landscape design principles, horticultural practices, and project management methodologies.
- Proficient in landscape design software and project management tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of local horticultural conditions and regulations in Dubai is preferred.
