We are seeking a knowledgeable and analytical Legal Analyst to join our team in Dubai, specializing in the agriculture sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal research and analysis, with a focus on agricultural law and regulations in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting legal research on agricultural laws and regulations in Dubai and the UAE
- Analyzing and interpreting complex legal documents related to agriculture
- Providing legal advice and support to internal stakeholders on agricultural matters
- Drafting legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and legal opinions
- Assisting in the negotiation and review of contracts with suppliers, distributors, and other partners in the agriculture industry
- Monitoring changes in agricultural laws and regulations and advising on compliance requirements
- Collaborating with external legal counsel on specialized legal matters as needed

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Licensed to practice law in Dubai or another jurisdiction
- [X] years of experience in legal analysis, with a focus on agriculture
- Strong knowledge of agricultural laws and regulations in the UAE
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
