We are seeking a dynamic and organized Magazine Publisher Assistant to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in agriculture and a passion for publishing. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with the Magazine Publisher to ensure the smooth operation of the publication process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Magazine Publisher in coordinating editorial content, advertising, and design elements for each issue of the magazine
- Manage communication with contributors, advertisers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Maintain editorial calendars and production schedules to ensure deadlines are met
- Assist with proofreading and editing content to ensure accuracy and quality
- Coordinate with printing and distribution vendors to ensure timely delivery of the magazine to subscribers and retailers
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling meetings, and managing correspondence
- Assist with marketing and promotional efforts to increase readership and revenue

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge of agriculture industry trends and terminology
- Previous experience in publishing or media industry (3-5 years preferred)
