We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Assistant to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The Maintenance Assistant will be responsible for assisting in the maintenance and repair of construction equipment, machinery, and facilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction industry and possess strong mechanical and technical skills.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the maintenance and repair of construction equipment, machinery, and facilities
- Perform routine inspections to identify any potential issues or repairs needed
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical problems
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and machinery
- Assist in ordering and maintaining inventory of parts and supplies
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while performing maintenance tasks
- Collaborate with maintenance team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong mechanical and technical skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical problems
- Knowledge of safety protocols and guidelines
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
