We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The Maintenance Planner will be responsible for developing and implementing maintenance schedules, coordinating with various departments to ensure timely maintenance activities, and optimizing maintenance processes to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive maintenance schedules for various equipment and facilities
- Coordinate with maintenance technicians, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of maintenance activities
- Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify trends, develop predictive maintenance strategies, and improve overall maintenance processes
- Collaborate with procurement and inventory management teams to ensure availability of necessary parts and materials for maintenance activities
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify maintenance needs and prioritize tasks
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards in all maintenance activities
- Provide technical support and guidance to maintenance technicians as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- [X] years of experience in maintenance planning or a related role
- Strong knowledge of maintenance best practices, techniques, and tools
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in maintenance management software and Microsoft Office applications
