Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Market Researcher to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving our consumer goods initiatives by providing valuable insights and data-driven recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify consumer trends, preferences, and behaviors within the consumer goods sector.
- Analyze market conditions and competitive landscape to support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging market opportunities.

2. Data Collection and Analysis:
- Design and implement qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, including surveys, focus groups, and observational studies.
- Collect and analyze data from various sources to develop actionable insights.
- Utilize statistical software and tools to interpret complex datasets and present findings.

3. Reporting and Presentation:
- Compile comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate research findings to key stakeholders.
- Present insights and recommendations to management and cross-functional teams to inform product development, marketing strategies, and sales initiatives.

4. Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to align research findings with business objectives.
- Collaborate with external research agencies and vendors as needed to enhance research capabilities.

5. Consumer Engagement:
- Engage with consumers to gather feedback on products and services, conducting interviews and surveys to understand their needs and preferences.
- Monitor consumer sentiment through social media and online platforms to gauge brand perception.

6. Project Management:
- Manage multiple research projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget constraints.
- Maintain detailed documentation of research processes and findings for future reference.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in market research, preferably within the consumer goods industry.
- Proficient in statistical analysis software (e.g., SPSS, R, Python) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present it in a clear and concise manner.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey insights effectively to diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with the Middle Eastern market and consumer behavior is highly desirable.
