We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Math Tutor to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The Math Tutor will be responsible for providing mathematics tutoring and support to healthcare professionals within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mathematics and a passion for teaching.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one or group tutoring sessions to healthcare professionals in need of assistance with math concepts and calculations
- Develop customized lesson plans and study materials to meet the individual learning needs of each student
- Identify areas of weakness and implement strategies to help students improve their math skills
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods as needed to ensure understanding and retention of material
- Collaborate with other tutors and educators to share best practices and resources for teaching math in a healthcare setting
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or related field
- Previous experience as a Math Tutor or educator in a healthcare or academic setting
- Strong knowledge of math concepts and calculations relevant to healthcare professionals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
- Flexibility to work with students at various skill levels and backgrounds
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Mathematics or Education
- Certification in tutoring or teaching
- Experience working with adult learners in a healthcare or medical education setting
