We are seeking a talented and motivated Mechanical Engineering Assistant to join our team in Dubai. As a Mechanical Engineering Assistant in the real estate sector, you will play a key role in assisting the Mechanical Engineer in designing, developing, and maintaining mechanical systems within residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and development of HVAC systems, plumbing systems, and fire protection systems for various real estate projects
- Conduct site visits to assess mechanical systems and provide recommendations for improvements or repairs
- Assist in preparing technical drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for mechanical systems
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that mechanical systems meet project requirements and building codes
- Perform calculations and simulations to analyze the performance of mechanical systems
- Assist in conducting tests and inspections of mechanical systems to ensure they are functioning properly
- Provide technical support and assistance to maintenance staff on troubleshooting and repairing mechanical systems
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in mechanical engineering to ensure best practices are implemented in all projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- [X] years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in the real estate industry
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other engineering software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Dubai
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
