Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Media Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will support our media and communications efforts for our consumer goods division, assisting in the execution of various media campaigns and initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment while contributing to brand visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the planning and execution of media strategies and campaigns for consumer goods, aligning with overall marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with the media team to create and manage media schedules, ensuring timely delivery of ads across digital, print, and broadcast platforms.
- Monitor media coverage and compile reports on campaign performance, audience engagement, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with external media agencies and vendors to facilitate smooth execution of media buys and placements.
- Conduct research on industry trends, audience demographics, and media consumption patterns to support campaign development.
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including press releases, promotional content, and social media posts.
- Maintain an organized database of media contacts, press releases, and promotional materials for easy access and reference.
- Support the team in organizing media events, product launches, and promotional activities, including logistics and coordination.
- Track and analyze media spend and budget allocation, assisting in the preparation of budget reports.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for upcoming campaigns and initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a media or marketing role, preferably within the consumer goods sector.
- Strong understanding of media channels, advertising formats, and industry best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
