We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Media Relations Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a passion for energy and a strong background in media relations.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement media relations strategies to promote the organization's initiatives and projects within the energy sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and influencers
- Write press releases, media pitches, and other communication materials
- Monitor and analyze media coverage to identify trends and opportunities
- Organize press conferences, media briefings, and other events
- Respond to media inquiries and coordinate interviews with company executives
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communications
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to proactively identify media opportunities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field
- [X] years of experience in media relations, preferably in the energy sector
- Proven track record of securing media coverage and building relationships with journalists
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and media monitoring tools
