We are seeking a qualified and experienced Mental Health Nurse to join our team in Dubai. As a Mental Health Nurse in the consumer goods industry, you will be responsible for providing mental health assessments, support, and interventions for employees within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct mental health assessments and develop individualized care plans for employees
- Provide counseling and support to employees experiencing mental health issues
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for employees
- Educate employees on mental health issues and provide resources for support
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and adjust care plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all interactions with employees
- Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
- Participate in staff training and development programs related to mental health awareness
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Registered Nurse license in Dubai
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in mental health nursing
- Strong understanding of mental health disorders and treatment options
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
