We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Museum Assistant focusing on Information Technology. As a Museum Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the museum's IT systems and ensuring smooth operation of all technology-related functions within the museum.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for museum staff and visitors on IT-related issues.
- Maintain and troubleshoot hardware and software systems, including computers, audiovisual equipment, and interactive displays.
- Assist with the installation and configuration of new IT equipment and software.
- Monitor and update security systems to protect museum data and digital assets.
- Collaborate with external vendors and IT professionals to ensure the museum's technology infrastructure is up-to-date and functioning properly.
- Manage digital archives and databases, ensuring proper organization and accessibility of digital assets.
- Assist in the development of interactive exhibits and digital experiences for museum visitors.
- Stay current on emerging technologies and trends in the museum field to recommend innovative solutions for enhancing the visitor experience.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- [X] years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of hardware, software, and networking systems.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical team members.
- Familiarity with museum operations and best practices is a plus.
