We are seeking a talented and experienced Music Director to join our team in Sharjah. The Music Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of music production and performance within the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in music theory, composition, and performance, as well as experience working in a pharmaceutical setting.

Responsibilities:
- Selecting music for pharmaceutical events, presentations, and promotional materials
- Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to create music that aligns with the company's brand and messaging
- Directing musical performances at company events and conferences
- Working with external musicians and performers to create original music for promotional materials
- Managing the company's music library and licensing agreements
- Ensuring compliance with copyright laws and regulations
- Providing music-related training and support to employees as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in music or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Music Director or similar role
- Strong knowledge of music theory, composition, and performance
- Experience working in a pharmaceutical or healthcare setting is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in music production software and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
