We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Operations Program Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the network operations of our educational institution, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all network systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement network operations policies and procedures to ensure the security, reliability, and scalability of the network infrastructure.
- Manage a team of network operations professionals, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor network performance, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime and disruptions.
- Collaborate with IT teams and other stakeholders to plan and implement network upgrades, expansions, and migrations.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of the network infrastructure to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in network operations, recommending and implementing innovative solutions to enhance network performance.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- [X] years of experience in network operations, with a proven track record of managing complex network environments.
- Strong technical knowledge of networking technologies, protocols, and systems, including Cisco, Juniper, and HP.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent are preferred.
