Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Packaging Machine Operator to join our dynamic team in the energy sector based in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of various packaging machines to ensure the efficient packaging of products in accordance with company standards and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and monitor packaging machinery used for packaging energy products, ensuring smooth and efficient operation.
- Set up packaging machines for different product specifications, including adjusting machine settings and calibrating equipment as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify any malfunctions or maintenance needs, reporting issues promptly to the maintenance team.
- Ensure that packaging meets quality standards and specifications by performing quality checks throughout the production process.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and health regulations to minimize risks and promote a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve packaging efficiency.
- Document production activities and maintain accurate records of machine performance, production output, and quality checks.
- Assist in training new operators on machine operation and safety protocols.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in packaging technology or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Packaging Machine Operator or similar role, with 2 to 7 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the energy sector.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with packaging machinery, including filling, sealing, and labeling equipment.
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulations related to packaging operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
