We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Aide to join our Transportation and Logistics team in Dubai. As a Personal Care Aide, you will be responsible for providing assistance to individuals with disabilities or special needs during transportation and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist individuals with disabilities or special needs with boarding, seating, and disembarking from vehicles
- Provide personal care assistance, including feeding, grooming, and toileting
- Monitor and ensure the safety and well-being of individuals during transportation
- Communicate effectively with individuals, families, and team members
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of vehicles and equipment
- Adhere to all safety and regulatory guidelines

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Personal Care Aide or in a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in First Aid and CPR
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs
