We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Aide to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Personal Care Aide in the Real Estate industry, you will be responsible for providing assistance and support to individuals in need of personal care services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Administer medication and assist with medical appointments as needed
- Assist with household tasks, such as meal preparation, light cleaning, and laundry
- Monitor and report any changes in client's health or behavior
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Personal Care Aide or similar role
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screening

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification as a Personal Care Aide or Nursing Assistant
- Experience working with elderly or disabled individuals
- Knowledge of CPR and first aid
