We are seeking a skilled Pest Control Specialist to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing pest control measures to ensure the safety and cleanliness of our financial services office environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pest control and be able to effectively identify, manage, and eradicate pests in a professional and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of the office premises to identify potential pest infestations
- Develop and implement pest control strategies to prevent and manage infestations
- Use a variety of pest control methods, including traps, baits, and pesticides, in accordance with safety guidelines
- Monitor and maintain pest control equipment and supplies
- Educate staff on proper sanitation practices to prevent pest infestations
- Keep detailed records of pest control activities and report any issues to management
- Stay up-to-date on the latest pest control techniques and regulations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pest Control Specialist or similar role
- Knowledge of common pests and their behavior
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid pest control certification/license
