We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pest Control Specialist to join our team in Dubai, UAE within the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pest control management and a proven track record of effectively implementing pest control programs in industrial settings.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of manufacturing facilities to identify pest infestations and potential entry points
- Develop and implement comprehensive pest control plans tailored to the specific needs of the manufacturing site
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of pest control measures, making adjustments as needed
- Coordinate with external pest control vendors as necessary
- Train and educate manufacturing staff on pest prevention best practices
- Maintain accurate records of pest control activities and report on findings to management

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pest Control Specialist in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of common pests, their behaviors, and effective control methods
- Certification in pest control management is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Valid UAE driver's license

Preferred Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in pest control management in a manufacturing setting
