We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapy Technician to join our team in Dubai. As a Physical Therapy Technician, you will work closely with our team of physical therapists to assist in providing high-quality care and rehabilitation services to our real estate clients.

Responsibilities:
- Assist physical therapists in implementing treatment plans for clients with various musculoskeletal conditions.
- Set up and prepare treatment areas for therapy sessions.
- Instruct and supervise clients in therapeutic exercises and activities.
- Monitor and document clients' progress and report findings to the physical therapist.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of therapy equipment and treatment areas.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing client records.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout their therapy sessions.

Requirements:
- Certification or diploma in Physical Therapy Technology or related field.
- Prior experience working as a Physical Therapy Technician in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting.
- Knowledge of therapeutic exercises and modalities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic computer skills for managing client records and appointments.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with clients in a real estate or corporate setting.
- Knowledge of ergonomic and injury prevention techniques.
- Fluency in Arabic or other languages spoken in the UAE.

This is a full-time position based in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a growing real estate company.
