We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Plant Breeding Technician to join our team in Dubai. The Plant Breeding Technician will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of plant breeding programs to improve crop yield, quality, and resilience to environmental stressors.

Key responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and execution of field trials to evaluate plant breeding materials
- Collect and analyze data on plant performance, including yield, disease resistance, and other important traits
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of breeding experiments and results
- Assist in the selection and maintenance of breeding lines and parental stock
- Collaborate with plant breeders and other team members to develop new breeding strategies and methodologies
- Contribute to the development of new plant varieties with improved traits

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Plant Science, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in plant breeding or related field
- Knowledge of plant breeding techniques and methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
