We are seeking a dynamic and experienced PR Program Manager to join our team in Ajman, UAE. The PR Program Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic public relations programs to enhance the reputation and visibility of our educational institution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive PR programs to promote the institution's brand and increase awareness among target audiences
- Create and manage a calendar of PR activities, including press releases, media relations, events, and campaigns
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, bloggers, and influencers to secure positive coverage
- Monitor and analyze media coverage to track the effectiveness of PR initiatives and adjust strategies as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels
- Handle crisis communication and manage any negative publicity in a timely and professional manner
- Manage PR budgets and resources effectively to achieve desired outcomes

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
