Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Private Chef to provide exceptional culinary services for high-profile clients within the Aerospace and Defense industry in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for cooking, a refined palate, and the ability to craft bespoke dining experiences that cater to diverse tastes and dietary requirements. The Private Chef will be responsible for preparing meals in a private residence, ensuring the highest standards of quality, presentation, and hygiene are maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Menu Planning & Preparation:
- Develop creative and seasonal menus tailored to the preferences and dietary restrictions of clients.
- Prepare and cook a variety of cuisines, including but not limited to Mediterranean, Asian, and Middle Eastern.
- Create healthy meal options that align with wellness goals.

2. Ingredient Sourcing:
- Source high-quality, fresh ingredients from local markets and suppliers.
- Maintain relationships with vendors to ensure the best quality and availability of ingredients.

3. Food Safety & Hygiene:
- Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
- Implement proper food storage techniques to ensure freshness and minimize waste.

4. Event Catering:
- Prepare meals for various occasions, including intimate dinners, business meetings, and larger gatherings.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth service during events.

5. Client Interaction:
- Engage with clients to understand their culinary preferences and feedback.
- Provide recommendations for wine pairings and other beverage options.

6. Kitchen Management:
- Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory management, equipment maintenance, and cleanliness.
- Train and supervise kitchen assistants or household staff when necessary.

7. Special Dietary Accommodations:
- Prepare meals accommodating special dietary needs, such as vegan, gluten-free, or allergen-free options.

8. Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated with culinary trends and techniques to enhance the dining experience continually.
- Attend culinary workshops or training as needed to refine skills.

Qualifications:

- Culinary degree or equivalent certification from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Private Chef or in a high-end restaurant environment.
- Proficient in multiple cuisines with a strong emphasis on presentation and flavor.
- Previous experience in high-net-worth households or catering for corporate clients is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.

Additional Requirements:

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Valid UAE residency and work authorization.
