We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Public Relations Manager Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail and a strong background in public relations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Public Relations Manager in developing and implementing PR strategies to enhance the company's image and reputation.
- Coordinate and manage events, press conferences, and other PR activities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets and journalists to secure press coverage.
- Monitor and analyze media coverage and prepare reports for management.
- Assist in creating and distributing press releases, newsletters, and other PR materials.
- Manage social media accounts and engage with customers and influencers online.
- Handle inquiries and requests from the media and the public in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in crisis management and reputation protection.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- [2-5] years of experience in public relations, preferably in the retail industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
- Knowledge of Dubai media landscape and PR best practices.
