We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Recreation Worker to join our team in the field of Agriculture in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience in organizing and facilitating recreational activities for individuals of all ages within an agricultural setting.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a variety of recreational programs and activities for visitors to the agricultural site, including farm tours, workshops, and hands-on experiences.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during recreational activities.
- Maintain and organize recreational equipment and supplies.
- Assist in the promotion and marketing of recreational programs to attract visitors to the agricultural site.
- Collaborate with other team members to enhance the overall visitor experience at the agricultural site.
- Provide excellent customer service to all visitors and address any concerns or inquiries.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in organizing recreational activities, preferably in an agricultural setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge of agricultural practices and principles is a plus.
- Must be creative, energetic, and passionate about providing a positive and memorable experience for visitors.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a similar role.
