We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our healthcare organization in Abu Dhabi. The Regulatory Compliance Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that our organization complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards set forth by local and international regulatory bodies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and assess regulatory changes and updates, and communicate any potential impact on the organization.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess compliance with regulatory standards.
- Coordinate and assist with regulatory inspections and audits conducted by external agencies.
- Provide guidance and training to staff on regulatory compliance requirements.
- Investigate and resolve any compliance issues or concerns that arise.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of compliance activities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement corrective action plans as needed.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a regulatory compliance role within the healthcare industry.
- Knowledge of local and international healthcare regulations and standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
