Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Rehabilitation Technician to join our manufacturing team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the rehabilitation of equipment and machinery, ensuring optimal performance and safety standards are met. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, hands-on skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs of manufacturing equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
- Assist in the rehabilitation process of machinery, including disassembly, repair, and reassembly.
- Utilize diagnostic tools and techniques to identify issues and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs undertaken, and any parts used.
- Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to improve equipment functionality and reliability.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all rehabilitation activities.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to rehabilitation techniques and equipment.
- Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance schedules and procedures.
- Support the team in troubleshooting complex machinery issues, providing technical expertise as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to best practices in health and safety.

Qualifications:

- Diploma or certification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with safety standards and regulations in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in rehabilitation and maintenance of specialized manufacturing equipment.
- Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Understanding of lean manufacturing principles and practices.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and maintenance management software.
