We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Research Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The Research Assistant will be responsible for assisting in various research projects within the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting experiments and analyzing data under the supervision of senior researchers
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of experimental procedures and results
- Prepare and maintain laboratory equipment and supplies
- Assist in literature reviews and data analysis
- Collaborate with team members to achieve research goals and objectives
- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in pharmaceutical research

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Biology, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences)
- Prior experience in a research setting is preferred, but not required (less than 8 years)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
