We are seeking a motivated and experienced Revenue Agent to join our Real Estate team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in revenue management, financial analysis, and real estate operations.

Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze financial data related to real estate transactions, including rent collections, lease agreements, and property sales
- Monitor and track revenue streams to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and optimize financial performance
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to identify opportunities for revenue growth
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management
- Conduct regular audits of financial records to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy
- Stay current on market trends and industry best practices to inform revenue management strategies
- Provide guidance and support to team members on revenue-related matters

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in revenue management, financial analysis, or real estate operations
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling software
- Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations in Sharjah
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional certification (e.g. CMA, CPA) is a plus
